专利说明:

A recess system and a recess pipe
Generally speaking, there are recesses for penetrations in foundations and terrain tires, in connection with, for example, new construction and redevelopment. Often, sacks or large pieces of polystyrene are used for recesses, which often entails time-consuming operations, both in forming the recess and subsequently adjusting and chopping in foundations and terrain tires, because the recess is often slipped or collapsed. This is inconvenient both for builders who are getting worse results and for the contractor who needs to spend time and effort on work and consequential damages that could have been avoided.
Recesses in conduits are typically used to pass cables, power cables, hot hoses, pex pipes, cold water pipes, underfloor heating hoses, etc., and they do not want these to be molded into concrete or cement, but can be flexibly guided, drawn or pushed in and through the implementation.
Alternatively, a pipe guide of some kind can be used as a recess or an actual recess system with, among other things, a recess pipe as a pipe guide.
It is a problem that when the recess is of an organic material, e.g. of wood, particleboard, masonite or sacks, since in the long term it is neither stable to form as it rots, and there is a great danger of moisture formation and thus fungus and mold in surrounding foundations and terrain decks and in the adjacent construction.
You also have the problem that the placement of the recess itself is difficult, imprecise and time-consuming.
Furthermore, it is also a problem that the recess itself fills much before it is mounted, it is difficult to both transport, store and place correctly at the place of use.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a solution which makes the recess system and recess easy to transport and store e.g. the unassembled recess pipe is easy to stack, is stable to mold, is easy and precise in its assembly, does not cause mold and is easy to adjust on site and can be placed in an efficient and time-saving manner.
This is why, according to the invention, a flexible recess system has been developed that can fit and fit most vertical and horizontal recesses, in foundations and terrain tires, etc.
The idea behind the invention is that it should be an inexpensive alternative to poor and expensive work, as is typically the case by standing and making recesses in the square, perhaps, of the available building material in not always optimal working conditions.
The invention - that is, both the recess system and the recess tube - can be used for many individual recess types, and it must all be based on the same basic module. The idea behind the invention is that a pallet recessing system is delivered to the construction site, which in principle fits all or in the space can be adapted to the dimensions of all desired recesses. The recess system and the recess pipe make the work considerably easier for both the design and the execution in terms of description, ordering and subsequent alignment and assembly on the construction site. In a practical embodiment of the invention, for the one part, it consists of a flange-like plastic ring with handles for easy mounting in the gutter. Within the plastic ring, the recess tube is made of an inorganic material, that is, in one embodiment of the invention of a polystyrene tube which can be cut perpendicular to its length e.g. 50 mm, in cut grooves - depending on the width of the foundation trench.
The plastic pipe, ie the flank-like plastic ring is partially pulled out over the polystyrene tube and the supplied pegs are used to attach respectively. the plastic ring flange on one side, and the polystyrene tube ie. the recess in the other side of the foundation trench.
The excess polystyrene rings cut, e.g. sawed perpendicular to the recess pipe with a fox tail, can then be used for recesses in terrain tires, around foot bends, water and heat hoses, etc.
Steel holes are enclosed in the recess system according to the invention for securing the recess pipe and the flange so that they do not extend during ejection, ie. for example when casting concrete around the recess pipe and flange in the foundation trench.
These steel pegs also function as a tracking peg when it is necessary to find the recesses, ie. the recess pipe with plastic flange, for laying of sewers and installations. When excavating for sewage you encounter the pits in the soil, the recess can be -dvs. the recess pipe with its fitted plastic flange at one end - thereby locating and bending the pegs aside for piping.
After laying pipes / installations, various hoses and cables, the recess is typically filled and blocked with mineral wool to stop access for pests.
The outside dimension of the flexible recess is designed so that the total recess when mounted - ie. the mounted recess pipe and plastic flange - adhere to rules regarding distance to foundations for e.g. 0110 mm drain pipe, ie 100 mm free width around pipe. The invention will lead to better and cheaper construction, as its parts are quick to install and there is no after-work with cutting / cutting or sawing of the recess, it remains seated - thus minimizing assembly and execution time, in addition, the recess ensures a precise and easy mounting.
The invention thus relates to a universal recess system with many applications. The stable recess pipe provides a flexible recess for many types of cables and pipe penetrations when casting concrete foundations and terrain tires. Compared to generally known recess pipes for casting concrete, the invention becomes at the desired location in the foundation both before, during and not least after casting. The invention facilitates the workflow and results in great savings over traditional recess pipes. It will take less than three minutes to make a recess with the invention. By means of the grooves on the recess pipe of the invention, a relatively precise measure can be taken directly over the gutter in the ground where the parts of the invention are to be placed. This is possible as the distance in mm groove to groove, that is, between the grooves, is always the same. The recess pipe of the invention is cut with a suitable saw, for example a wax tail, a groove shorter in length than the width of the gutter. With a search loop, the one end of the recess is attached to the vertical edge of the groove, the fitting flange - made of plastic - is first placed around the recess tube - and is pushed against the opposite vertical edge of the groove and fastened to it with a search hole. Then the recess is established and finished, and the foundation can then be cast down, under and around the recess pipe and the flange, which are both fixedly fixed to each other and fixed stably with a set of search holes at the vertical edges of both gutter ends. When the cast concrete is hardened, the recess - that is, the recess pipe and the flange - can easily be found by excavation due to the search puck sticking into the trench soil at both ends of the recess. No subsequent cleaning of organic materials is needed as the recess pipe, flange and picks are all made of inorganic materials.
The recess pipe with the flange can be used for recessing before casting of terrain tires for the passage of pipes and cables either as tubular in the floor surface or as crescent shaped, ie. semi-circular and identical pipes, this allows for adjustments later in the construction phases.
The recess pipe of the invention can also be used for a smooth finish of a casting above ground as it is used as an outer mold, that is, as a tubular cylindrical mold, for casting columns, for example round, square and / or rectangular concrete columns.
The invention is explained in more detail by reviewing the following figures. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of one half of the recess pipe. FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the recess tube and a flange prior to commissioning. FIG. Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the recess tube and flange prior to assembly. FIG. Figure 4 shows a perspective view of the recess tube and flange after assembly.
DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention is further described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which reference numerals having the same numbers used in the figures are intended to have the same meaning throughout the following description of the figures. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of one half of the recess pipe. The recess pipe 20 is part of a recess system intended for mounting between e.g. a left-hand side and a second right-hand side, the recess system consists of a recess 20, which is seen in this figure as a half 24 and 26; a flange 30 and various sets of picks 10 and 12 which can be seen in the following figures.
The flange 30 is made of an inorganic material, for example PVC, polyvinyl chloride, ABS, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, PP, polypropylene polyethylene and PS polystyrene.
The recess pipe 20 is also made of an inorganic material, for example of polystyrene also called a flamingo, and consists of two identical halves, i.e. the recess pipe 20 consists of a first half 24 and a second half 26, both of which are shown in the figure, being manufactured as being identical. It is conceivable that when one half 24 is mounted on and to the other half 26, a cylindrical tube is formed, namely, the recess tube 20, which can most easily be seen together in the three following figures.
Each half 24 and 26 - of the recess 20 - is provided with at least one opening 28, such as a recess 28 in the upper side of the half, and at least one protruding part 29, for example a loss 29, also in the upper side of the half. Thus, for example, two pins 29 on one half 24 can fit into two openings 28 on the other half 26. Thus, during mounting of the two halves 24 and 26 to each other, there are two pins 29 which are accommodated in two openings or recesses 28. The mounting is thereby a stable tubular cylinder 20. This is the case when the first half 24 and the second half 26 are mounted together, as a cylindrical tube 20, namely the recess pipe 20. During a transport, a stack of half parts 24 and 26 is minimally filled. , since the 24 and 26 can be stacked on one another with relatively little waste space in the form of relatively little air between the half-parts 24 and 26.
The recess pipe 20, and thus its two identical half-parts 24 and 26, is provided with one or more grooves 22 which can facilitate and thereby control a sawing of the recess pipe 20. The sawing thereof therefore takes place perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the recess pipe 20. FIG. Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the recess tube 20 and its flange 30 prior to commissioning. However, it can be seen from the figure that the two halves 24 and 26 - from Figs. 1 - is mounted to each other, thereby forming the recess pipe 20. The flange 30 is not yet mounted on the recess pipe 20, but the flange 30 is ready to be pushed into place over the right end 25 of the recess pipe 20 (see Figures 3 and 4) in the left arrow. walking direction. FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the recess pipe 20 and the flange 30 before mounting in the gutter. The flange 30 is now mounted inside the recess tube 20, and the flange 30 is ready to be pushed in place - longitudinally of the recess tube 20 - towards the right opening of the groove in the right direction of the arrow, that is, a little back again beyond the right of the recess tube 20 end 25. FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of the recess pipe 20 and flange 30 after mounting in the gutter. That is, after final assembly of the flange 30 into the right side opening of the gutter, which is secured and locked to the flange 30 with the picks 12, and mounting of the left end 23 of the recess tube 20 in the left side opening of the gutter, which is here secured and locked with the picks 10 to in the embodiment of the invention made of an inorganic material, for example in RF steel or plastic. The recess pipe 20 with the partially overlapping mounted flange 30 and the pick fixings 10 and 12 of the portions 20 and 30 now forms a stable piping between the two openings of the gutter, and it is now possible to cast around the recess system, that is, can be molded around the recess pipe 20, flange 30 and picks 10 and 12, which are now stably locked to each other.
The flange 30 now partly overlaps the right end 25 of the recess pipe 20 and the left set of picks 10 is mounted in the left end 23 of the recess pipe 20 and in the left opening of the gutter, while the right set of picks 12 is mounted in the right end 25 of the recess pipe 20 and in the gutter. right opening.
The flange 30 is made of an inorganic material, e.g. plastic, and has an inner diameter 37 (see Figure 2) which is selected larger than the outer diameter 27 (see Figure 2) of the recess pipe 20. It is thus possible that the flange 30 can be rotated around the recess pipe 20 to the desired position. and, that is, the flange 30 is displaceable in the longitudinal directions of the recess pipe 20, thereby the flange 30 - using its handle 32 - can easily be pushed and placed at one 23 or other end 25 of the recess pipe 20.
It is intended that a plurality of pegs 10 fix the left end 23 of the recess tube to the left running side during assembly, while the second set of picks 12 is used to fix the right and opposite end 25 of the recess tube to the flange 30 and to the right running side during assembly. , when the entire recess system is mounted as a piping between a hole in the two opposite parallel gutter sides. The recess pipe 20 is therefore made of a material in which, with the picks, it is easy to manually make holes 21 (see Figure 2) at both its ends 23 and 24. In these holes 21, picks 10 and 12 are inserted through the walls of the recess pipe 20 and into the the holes 31 of the flange 30 (see Figure 2) during assembly.
